I am a foodie myself, so I do sympathise. There is a type of fasting where you just try to keep your eating within an 8 hour window. e.g. between 12 noon and 8pm. It helps trigger the Sirtuin genes which are anti-aging.
Gent, you are right... getting old really sucks. But getting younger isn't a reasonable alternative and the third possibility is that you stopped getting old. Which usually isn't a good thing either.
