Smartphones - cased or uncased?

Ok, I admit it. I've dropped my phone multiple times in the last year. The screen now has about 20 different cracks over it. Pretty messy to look at!

It has a skin on it but no case.

Do you ever drop your phone? Do you have a case?

I've always been reluctant to put a case on my phones before, since I rarely if ever dropped it. But since this last phone, I seem to be dropped it all the time. I've become a klutz.

I don't have a smart phone. I have a flip-top (clamshell) phone. All I ever need is to be able to make an emergency phone call. Anything else can wait. I have a small leather holster for the phone.

I have just bought my 3rd case for my (pristine) smartphone. I never buy a screen protector because the case does that. I tend not to be clumsy, but I have dropped it a couple of times and it remains pristine.

Case closed.

The way you said "pristine" made me look at my phone, which is far from pristine.

I think I need a case.

Nice pun. I only just got it!
