My cooking has become a bit samey, so I've decided that at least once a month (hopefully more frequently), I will add a new dish to my repertoire. I'll post them here as a sort of culinary diary, complete with the recipe and how it looked when I made it.

I will actually aim to do it weekly, but knowing the amount of disruption I'm about to go through in February, I didn't want to set a goal and then potentially not achieve it so early on in the process.

It's easy. Go to YouTube, find a good channel, test! I've done it loads. If you get 4 new dishes that can be repeaters, it makes a big difference. With my six-pack challenge I will have to be changing ALL my meals! Instantly!

It's not so much about how easy it is, but about how much time I will have. So, I'm starting small and hoping to win big!

Yes. I'm only posting new recipes here. And also pointing out subtly that I've managed 2 weeks out of 2 so far.
