Cold hands: warm heart or poor circulation?

I've always suffered from cold hands and feet. As I sit in my local coffee shop typing this, my hands are like blocks of ice!

Who else is afflicted with this most terrible of afflictions?

If it was cold outside, did you wear gloves? It CAN be circulatory but the real question is, do you have thin fingers? I have short, fat fingers. (Just like the rest of me, short and not thin.) I can have warm fingers and toes in cool weather.

I am tall at 6'2", so I wonder if my poor little heart struggles to get blood to the extremities. Mind you, with freezing feet aged 10 in my wellies, I was short back then!

Sometimes in my local coffee shop, I am wearing fingerless gloves as I type. I'm in there for a couple of hours a day and they get a bit nippy.
