What sort of freedom do you want on the internet? Should credit card companies be allowed to stop you playing violent online games, watching porn or anything else they see as bad? I personally think the internet should be a free-for-all. Show anything! Some exceptions like child porn, but you get the idea.

Anything else is social engineering by third parties who have their own political agenda. Leave politics out of it!

I am less inclined towards censorship - but things that are illegal shouldn't be freely available. And really, I worry about porn more than anything because of the very unreal expectations it sets up for both girls and boys. That said, I'm not a fan of banning porn either - but I'd feel more comfortable if it was less easy for young people (in particular) to access.

And Jon, everything is political.

Goldfish aren't political. And if they were, they would forget who they voted for the next time around the bowl. Mind you, there is only one of them in their goldfish bowl ecosystem so their one vote would count!

I am in my own hermit club and my vote counts! Although I spoiled my vote last time.

When I am Dictator, I will put people to death for spoiling votes. It just irritates the Count Supervisor (ie me).

You may vote or not vote. But you'll have to leave the house if you do vote.
