How to Learn

Uncle, I've watched that video before. He does lots of talks. It is a pet topic of mine, how to learn. I think it is a critical skill in today's fast paced world, where change is rapid and you have to re-engineer what you know. So little attention seems to be spent on the subject, yet that seems dumb to me. Why spend all that time at school if you give little training to how to learn effectively? Makes no sense to me.
