I was reminded of this. I thought I'd share. It's easy to get hung up on the semantics, but instead of saying 'polictical correctness' you use the words 'treating each other with respect' then that sheds a whole different light on the matter. And that's how I use the term.

Neither. I am hoping you left a couple of words out: other perceived to be lesser groups. Without those few words, it reads like you think Jews, gays, handicapped (we say disabled in the UK) are all in fact lesser people. And I don't think that's what you meant?

I don't think you were being judgemental. You were being kind and providing a little of something that for whatever reason the mother wasn't able to provide. But I also agree, if you can't provide even the basic needs for a child, then leave the breeding to others.
